Adobe Pricing and Modeling Changes

Adobe announced a pricing and modeling change for Commercial Users that is effective as of June 1, 2026. Models have been streamlined for Standard Pricing from 1-49 seats, vs previous 1-9 Seat pricing and 10-49 seat pricing. There are Price Lock models that begin at 10 seats and include a give/take scenario for end user.

Microsoft License Renewal Changes

Microsoft is discontinuing the Grace Period on its Subscriptions. Many counted on that extra time for procurement to process a P.O, or for budget approvals to be processed. Options now are to turn “On” auto renewal or ensure your agreement is renewed by your anniversary date.

Acrobat Studio Announcement

Adobe has announced Acrobat Studio in January 2026. The solution includes Acrobat Pro, AI Assistant, Adobe Express, and a collaborative workspace for its users. The combination of tools provides potential time and cost savings for customers streamlining tasks, communication, and processes in many departments including HR, Finance, and Marketing.

Acrobat Standard Price Increase

Adobe announced a price increase to its Acrobat Standard product that will be applicable to new, pro-rated, and renewal licensing as of April 1, 2026. Over the last several years, there have been continuous improvements and new features added to Acrobat Standard.

Trimble Price Increase

Trimble Announces an upcoming price increase to Trimble annual plans, effective July 2nd, 2025, for annual SketchUp Go, Pro, and Studio annual subscriptions. Outstanding quotes at current pricing will be valid until July 1st.

Adobe has announced that the Acrobat 2020 End of Sale date has been extended from November 30, 2024, to May 31, 2025, for TLP only.

Discontinuation of Acrobat Perpetual Licenses

As of July 15, 2020, Adobe has decided to discontinue the sale of Adobe Acrobat perpetual licenses.
